Training Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Manager within the SAP and IT services industry to shape and customize this role according to your strengths and preferences, ensuring both personal and professional success.

We are seeking applicants with a background in the SAP and IT services sector, although candidates with experience in other regulated IT environments will also be considered. As a newly established role with a commercial training provider, we are looking for a skilled Work-Based Learning Manager to oversee the delivery of apprenticeship programs. Your responsibilities will include driving continuous improvement in the apprenticeship offerings, conducting quality assurance activities, and contributing to strategic, operational, curriculum, and development planning.

In this role, you will be responsible for introducing and evaluating innovative approaches to program delivery, closely monitoring learner progress, and providing support for staff management and development. Collaborating closely with the senior leadership team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment aligned with the standards set by relevant awarding bodies, SAP, ESFA, and other regulatory bodies.
